So I studies grape games background to understand the business mission, and interview exist employees to identify how much there are ready and committed with the company,
Plan the working schedule and divided all task in hours and standards to meet the benchmark in timing and How to measure the each task performance and take feedback to identify the issue he/she face while task completion. Design the pipe line and communication channel.
